My Mission
I assist my clients to integrate their physical, mental, and emotional selves to reclaim their energy and enthusiasm for life. I chose Naturopathic and Chinese Medicine because together they reflect the health care principles that restore life energy:

  • Respect for the body’s innate healing abilities
  • Educated choices regarding options
  • Personal responsibility
  • Wholeness of the body, mind, and spirit.

My Practice
I integrate the practices of Naturopathic and Classical Chinese Medicine to create individual treatment plans which address the needs of my clients in a holistic approach to optimize health. I relieve superficial symptoms of disease while simultaneously treating underlying causes of illness.

I have a general practice which includes:

  • Acute and Chronic Illness
  • Acute and Chronic Pain
  • Women’s health care (PMS, menopause, infertility)

  • Many other conditions

I provide effective treatment for acute illnesses such as gastrointestinal discomfort, migraines, ear infections, sinusitis, and pneumonia, as well as chronic diseases like hepatitis, adrenal depletion and heart disease.

My Methods
I use a comprehensive approach which examines the patient’s medical history, physical exams including pulse and tongue diagnosis, laboratory tests, and information concerning the patient’s diet, stress, exercise, and exposure to environmental hazards, in order to obtain a diagnosis and set treatment plans. Treatment often includes:

  • Acupuncture –both Five Element and Traditional
  • Chinese and Western Herbal Formulas
  • Homeopathy
  • Spinal Manipulation
  • Physical Medicine
  • Intravenous Nutritional Therapy
  • Medical Nutritional Counseling
  • Lifestyle coaching and education
