Nutritive IV Therapy
What is Nutritive IV Therapy?
Nutritive Intravenous Therapy (or Nutritive IV Therapy) is one of the many specialized services we provide at the Center. The goal of IV Therapy is to infuse a high dosage of vitamins and minerals for immediate use by the body.
IV therapy also ensures that a specified amount of nutrients enters the body and takes the guess work out of what the intestines can actually absorb. As a result of bypassing the intestines, much higher levels of vitamins and minerals can be delivered to the system than what is possible with oral supplementation.
Each formulation is created with the patient's unique needs in mind. The end results are enhanced recovery time from illness and the prevention of relapse.
What health conditions is Nutritive IV Therapy used for?
Nutritive IV Therapy is prescribed as an adjunctive therapy for:
- Acute and Chronic Viral Infections,
- Bronchitis and Asthma,
- Fibromyalgia,
- Adrenal Burnout and Chronic Fatigue,
- Cancer,
- Depression and Anxiety,
- Digestive Disorders,
- Muscle Spasms and Low Back Pain,
- Vitamin and Mineral Deficiencies,
- Heavy Metal Toxicity. .
How many treatments will I need until I feel better?
For acute conditions and illnesses, patients can experience relief or improvement within one to four treatments. For chronic conditions and illnesses, five or more treatments may be necessary before a maintainance program is prescribed. Maintainance IV treatments are often spaced one to four weeks apart. Your doctor will discuss an appropriate program for your specific health issues.
